Tall Cakes are packaged in tall white cake boxes with a description label, delivered in a large white paper shopping bag. Drizzle Shot Minis are packaged in 12-holder mini plastic cupcake containers with a description label, wrapped in colored ribbon-tied clear cellophane bags. Crumb Butter Cakes are packaged and cellophane wrapped tightly in their aluminum sheet pans with a plastic dome top.
15. How is the stability of a Tall Cake?
Great question! Customers want to know what holds their Tall cakes in place without collapsing. As we only use buttercreams, whipped custards and pureed fruits fillings, we have to ensure that your cake doesn't slide or lean. We have 4 cake layers to assemble using 2 wooden dowel rods inserted into the bottom two layers, topped with a sturdy cake board and layered again with the top two cake layers and secured with a long dowel rod pushed down into the center of the entire cake from top to bottom. The outside of the cake is frosted and frozen to secure its contents and lock in moisture. Upon arrival to you, the cake will be extremely cold to partially frozen, so please allow 3-4 hours for cake to come to room temperature for best flavor. When determining delivery times, please keep in mind that your cake will need the appropriate time to soften and settle.
16. How are the pipettes used in the Drizzle Shot Minis?
We love the extra boost of flavor that a cream filled pipette gives our moist mini cupcakes! Just remove the pipette from the cupcake topping and squeeze its' contents over the cake and throw away the tiny plastic tube. Remember, throw away the tiny plastic tube! Now Enjoy!!
