12. How should I store my baked goods?

You can store your frosted Tall Cakes under a cake dome at room temperature or refrigerate in well wrapped aluminum foil or an air tight container. When ready to eat, allow to return to room temperature for best flavor. For Minis and Crumb Cakes, store in air tight containers at room temperature.

13. How are SweetShot Cakery's baked goods packaged?

Tall Cakes are packaged in tall white cake boxes with a description label. Drizzle Shot Minis are packaged in a 12-holder mini clear plastic cupcake container with a description label, wrapped in a cellophane bag tied with colored ribbon. Crumb Cakes are packaged and cellophane wrapped tightly in an aluminum sheet pan with a clear plastic dome top and a description label.

14. How is the stability of a Tall Cake?

Great question! Customers want to know what holds their Tall Cake in place without collapsing. As we only use buttercreams, whipped custards and pureed fruit fillings, we have to ensure that your moist cake layers will not slide or lean. Four cake layers are assembled using 3 wooden dowel rods inserted from top to bottom (positioned on the left, right & center) of the cake. Your cake is then frosted and partially frozen to lock in moistness. Upon arrival, please allow 4-6 hours for cake to come to room temperature for best flavor.

15. How are the pipettes used in the Drizzle Shot Minis?

We love the extra boost of flavor that a cream filled pipette gives our moist mini cupcakes! Just remove the pipette from the cupcake topping and squeeze its' contents over the cake and throw away the tiny plastic tube. Remember, throw away the tiny plastic tube! Now Enjoy!!
